We toured this property and stayed there for two night to get a sense of the community. The Units are well appointed and the amenities are fantastic. The only downside is that the pool isn't heated and they don't have a jacuzzi. However, the community kitchen, the fitness room, the game room, the craft room, the theatre room, and the fully loaded library make up for the pool issues. All of the staff were wonderful to us! This apartment complex has many construction flaws. Floors are uneven, kitchen cabinets don't match up and many more issues. Security is awful with this complex.
Management has changed hands so many times and there is no structure with events and schedules.
It has potential to be nice.

The staff is extremely hostile towards seniors which is a shame because this place is new. If you want to live in a place where the staff doesn't care about you, only your pocketbook, then this place is for you. If you want to find a place that has a little more patience and understanding AS WE ARE SENIORS, then look elsewhere.
