The apartment I live in is a 2 bedroom, 1 bath apartment. maintenance is usually pretty fast to respond and common grounds are usually clean. Manager is friendly.

Sandhill Apartments
Me and my daughter live in a one bedroom apartment located 5 minutes next to my workplace. The place is infested with cockaroaches, and half the light fixtures don't even work. The brigh side is the neighbors are nice and very quiet.
