Fan problem fixed. I was impressed! One of my ceiling fans was out of balance and went “thump, thump” on high speed which disturbed the sleep of my upstairs neighbor. Maintenance tried hard to rebalance it to no avail. A few days later I had a new ceiling fan. No thumps, happy upstairs neighbor, happy me!

Garbage Disposal Must of my mines are my Garage Disposal not sure if it’s time for a New one! The guys are Great!
