Apparently, once upon a time - this was a reasonably nice place...

...no so in 2021; office staff distant/unsympathetic, low-income rents increase regularly to maintain max allowed by law forcing older residents elsewhere. Landscaping maintenance abandoned years ago; hallways undecorated and dismal. No place to call a "home."
