Disgusting building
The super, landlord and management suck! Building gets cleaned like once a month. You can hear rats moving in the walls. Getting maintenance in your apt is near impossible

Horrible landlords
This was a nice place to live maybe in the 70s but there's a lot of murders in the neighborhood do to gang violence and murders in 126 east 53rd building so be careful renting out this building....and the landlord to this building is horrible very nasty and rude and they never want to fix anything!!!!!
