great location, great tenants (friends and neighbors) who have many things in common, as seniors often do. Main topics of discussion: knee replacements, new hips, strokes, cataracts, cholesterol , and of course kids, grandkids and great grandkids. Cons: no garbage disposal or dishwasher, unless you count yourself. Just a wall air conditioner, better than nothing. Very little counter space.
