Living at Reserve at Lakeside have been going very well… My repairs are done in a timely manner.. I appreciated the fact we had a cookout on June 26 2025. It was very organized.. the food was delicious .. We ( the residences) had fun.. it was nice to meet and hold conversations with other neighbors

Great place to call home. The upkeep of the grounds and residence buildings, including the refuse rooms, are to be commended. Property manager and staff continue to do a really nice job.

I have been here at Reserve at Lakeside for just over three years. I love my apartment. Perfect for me and easily accessible. Close to the highway, shopping, medical facilities, restaurants and food delivery services, all minutes away. The complex is set back from the streets, so the area is quiet and peaceful. With the better temperatures outside, the walkers are starting to circle the grounds. Ther clubhouse has exercise equipment and a place to relax and watch TV. Sit at a table for a round... of cards or bring a board game. Then, there is a pickle ball court and the pool, as the weather warms. My favorite part are the friends I have met, the little family we have become.
