I have lived here now for 4 yrs and I am very happy with my experience this far. I would recommend checking this place out - the grounds are kept very neat and for the most part the buildings are too

Beautiful place ~ everyone is so friendly and helpful. When I needed help getting boxes up to my apartment, several people came to help me.
Very helpful to have trash and recycling in same building. Chris, our maintenance guy is always around eager to help.

All the neighbors are super friendly and everyone is so nice. The neighbors are quiet yet everyone greets each other in passing. Everything is very clean and I feel very safe. Very happy with living at Lakeside.
