please beware of certain issues when looking to move into Niagara Towers. For the most part its very deceiving as there are good people here and the place looks good. But the place hes no ventilation as some renters smoke in rooms and it goes throughout building. The skunky smell of pot i have to smell after 4 pm most everyday usually the first few weeks in the month. The smell of alcohol and cigarettes is common-------and beware of drunk or stoned people riding those motor carts-------
