I like my apt.,it's got heat,electric and cable included.Allows pets under 20lbs.,they do a really nice job of trying to keep it cleaned and looking good. Some of the people here don't always care if they drop papers or whatnot's and not pick up after themselves.
They have a reading room with a pool table also.Different parties and dinners for the tenants,at a fee of course.Pizza parties are free.
The parking lot is not the best around,but they do try to keep it maintain.
