Once a glorious property. Now an awful place to live.
Moved into a beautiful building and apartment in 2013; now looking to move, due to the steady decline of the building. St. Mary’s is a train wreck. Once a gorgeous place to live, property is currently in a state of rapid decline. As others have mentioned, plaster walls are collapsing, leaving debris all over the floors. The outstanding community room is a shadow of its self, as the lack of lighting makes it all but unusable. Put name on several waiting lists and can’t wait to move out of this... once glorious property.

Beautiful building from the outside only.
Adjacent to Amherst State Park; St. Mary's Apartments is located in a beautiful area. Unfortunately; management has gone from bad to worse. While the outside of the building looks nice; the inside is in deplorable condition. Maintenance is all but nonexistent, and the building is continuing to fall apart. There have been at least 5 maintenance people working at the property during the last year, with all but one leaving out of frustration. The complex continues to have issues with water damage,... and the old plaster walls are crumbling, leaving debris all over the floors. Sadly; this is an apartment complex that has been neglected for so long that there's little that can be done to raise it from the ashes.Look elsewhere if you're thinking of renting at St. Mary's.

Poorly managed apartment complex ~ Building in a state of disrepair
Several years ago; St. Mary's was a wonderful place to live. Unfortunately; current management has failed to address maintenance issues, and the property is currently in a state of disrepair. The corporate office is located in Texas, and does nothing to address the appalling condition of the building. There are water leaks throughout, drywall that's falling apart, a community room where 80% of the lights are burned out, etc. This is no longer a good place to live.

Beautiful place, terrible management and layout
The floor plan is really bad. A place for seniors should not have residents walk over a thousand feet to get to their appartement from the elevator. The freight elevator is even further, consider that for moving day. Good luck getting a hold of management in a timely manner in case of an emergency. I would not recommend this place based on previous experience this year (2023)

St. Mary's Apts.
We Have Been living at St. Mary's for several months now. Its the best move we made . The people here are
very friendly, The complex is located in the heart of Williamsville. Wagman's & Tops is located only 1 mile
away and there is plenty of doctors and a hospital close by.
