Best apartments!
Our first apartment married and wow! Sarah is amazing and the apartment is everything we could ask for. We had trouble with our sink and they fixed it within a couple hours of us calling. Highly recommend being my neighbor!!

Brand New and Beautiful Luxury Apartments
Brand new luxury apartments! I’ve been living at Grand Villas of Clayton since October 2023 and love it here. Surrounded by cornfields, it’s peaceful and quiet - I love walking my dog around the complex. The clubhouse is stunning, with a gym open to residents full-time! Sarah, the property manager, is always hosting fun little get-togethers and opportunities to meet neighbors. And the floor plans are just beautiful… attached garages, covered patios, granite countertops and stainless steel... appliances. This is definitely a wonderful place to live!
