Our community is open, and we can’t wait to show you your new apartment home! Due to the current Coronavirus (COVID-19) and in compliance with suggested CDC health and safety guidelines our offices are not open to walk-in... traffic; doors will be locked. This allows us to participate in social distancing and control the number of persons in our office at any given time. Our offices are staffed and email and phone communication is welcomed. In person contact is allowed by appointment only; please call or email us to schedule an appointment.
Our community offers spacious studio and one-bedroom apartments. Features such as, emergency pull cords, balconies, and many events for our residents. We also pay UTILITIES! CALL US TODAY to make it your new home! Villa Serena Senior Apartments is an income restricted community. The rental amount is determined based on income. Contact our on-site management team to get more information or set up a visit to your new home!

Roaches, bed bugs and no activities
Great location is about the only good thing about these apartments. Roaches and bed bugs are a huge problem that is not being addressed by the management. It’s impossible to get someone in the office downstars to return your call or follow up. The refrigerator is not holding ice cream frozen. There are no activities for the residents; they are just sitting around with nothing to do. So people are leaving, and I will be leaving too. Am in search of the better living arrangements right now.

this place is a mess
these apartments are down right nasty! bedbugs and roaches are in every apartment. even after the renovation these problems are still there. please do not rent from this place!!!

Managment doesn't care
The location is about the only good thing about Villa Serena apartments. Parking lot is overcrowded, and a few rusty old cars serve as a grim reminder of what is going to happen to yours once you move in. Car covers are not allowed, and neither is a light car wash with the store bought supplies. Not even windows wash which is a violation of the rental agreement and can affect your security deposit. There are only a few of the handicapped parking spaces — come on, this building is for the... older folks who’d need these spaces more than the younger staff members. But who cares? Definitely not the management.

Poor communication with prospective tenants
I am on a wait list. Found an incoming call on my phone, made from Villa Serena number. But no message nor a voice mail. I called the office number from which the call was originated and left a message. So far no one got back to me, which speaks volumes. Poor communication, I can’t imagine what could happen if I was a tenant. I don’t think so.
