Income limits determined by the Federal Government apply... to all of our apartments. Those who meet program requirements will pay 30 percent of their adjusted annual income towards rent and utilities. All utilities, except phone, internet and cable, are included in your monthly rental payment. All of the apartments are unfurnished one and two bedroom units equipped with a refrigerator, stove, dishwasher and garbage disposal. Sixteen of the apartments are barrier-free units.

Awful!
Forcing residents to move for a year, & still pay rent! Mgmt is rude, condescending! They have mice, won't bait property. Put in writing that complaints about illegal lease terms and management are "Mostly non-negotiable."
