I'm so glad I finally moved from this place. I've called with numerous complaints for repair. It was a whole week before the guy came and fixed my AC in the summer. I just think the building could be more tooken care for rent they charge. Also the maintenance i've seen him taking supplies out of the building after hours. Guys need to get it together.
