I like it here because the apartment are spacious and the apartment are affordable close to my job some of my neighbors are friendly

The staff here are very nice. The apartments are huge. Plenty of storage.And very clean And I can highly recommend Euclid indian hills

Bed bugs and management doesn’t care. They said it could have came from the Uhaul. But other tenements in same floor state bed bug infested prior. Management does not do enough to eradicate. They spray twice and doesn’t do monthly exterminating maintenance. Do not recommend this place.

I went and looked at these apartments. Residents told me not to rent. Drug activity’s rampant, and bedbugs are a hug problem. I wanted to live close to my friends and public transit. The rent was well within my budget. I’m so disappointed. It was perfect for me.

Call to place work orders and either they don't answer or you never receive a confirmation call back. Called about air conditioner/fan unit not working since 12/19/18. Told on 2/8/19, after complaining about not having heat that the 12/19/18 work order was cancelled and they would get back to it in the spring (I was never contacted). 2/13/19, I had told go to the Main Office because no one had shown up or called about fixing my heat, someone showed later that afternoon. Placed another work order... for A/C on 4/8/19, have heard nothing. Made 3 calls to Maintenance on 4/22/19, phone rings and goes to voice mail. its 5/4/19, I guess they will be seeing me in the office again!!! Read More
