Been waiting on a window repair for months and no attempt to get it done. I had to fix many things myself. For example, the dishwasher was loose and had to screw it down. The knobs on the stove needed replaced and I bought new knobs and a hole in the attic wall that I had to repair to keep marijuana smoke from coming through. The washer knob on the washer would pull off. I had to fix that. The worst part was the broken window that I had to seal off to keep cold air from coming in and is still... broken!!!!! And my boyfriend got the outside light working by attaching the wires together lol. Sad day in the neighborhood. Best of luck. And the 1 star rating is still way to good. It should be ZERO stars

I am thrilled with my apartment AND the most professional Management I have ever dealt with! I feel so at peace here and the serene neighborhood was exactly what I was looking for! Keith is our Manager, and he truly cares about his Tenants and that apartments are all in good order. THANK YOU !!!
