This has been the perfect place for me to live, the floor plans are excellent and Tammy, the manager, makes moving in and getting set up simple. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a quiet area with easy access to everything.

DO NOT rent at Villages of Whitewater. Overpriced rentals. The water is awful and management is money hungry. Find a house to rent.. you’ll be happier!

My daughter and I moved to Harrison, OH without knowing anything about the area or where we were moving. We are so fortunate we found The Villages of Whitewater! I cannot stress enough how much we love living here. Our house is so beautiful that I forget it's a rental until I look outside at the beautiful lawn that I don't have to cut.
Our subdivision is attached to a state park with a splash pad, hiking trails, paddle boarding, kayak, pontoon rentals, and an 8 mile fitness path. What I love... the most......the people! Everyone here is so helpful! We've met so many nice people. Live here!
