The units are so nice and the property looks great. The clubhouse is great, I love the idea of sitting out on the patio in the summertime. The leasing agent is so kind and helpful!

I cannot recommend. I have had frequent issues with things breaking, (air conditioning, toilets, dishwasher, range, hot water in kitch, etc), and the maintenance staff is never available within a timely manner to fix anything. I guess they aren't available again today to fix my broken dishwater, which was non operational the first time I attempted to use it! One of the reasons I wanted to live here was having a golf simulator on the property. The simulator wasn’t working for months when people moved in, waiting for a part. Then when I was working 2nd shift, I noticed that night after night, people were leaving all the lights and projector on. I would go in there on my way home and shut everything off. I repeatedly brought it to management attention, even offering to make a sign asking users to shut everything off when leaving. I was told the sign... needed to come from the company. Well, nothing was done, and lo and behold, a bulb burned out preventing anyone from using the simulator. Supposedly back ordered.
