The management is poor. The community has gone down since the property manager was replaced. The elevators are always broken in the West building and the parking is bad. Management claims that they will monitor the cars and require that we all have stickers on our vehicles, but seldom are visitors or contractors either cited or vehicles removed from the close spots. They start jobs, but never finish them. The hallways stink because of the carpeting and even though it is advertised as a smoke... free property, while the management does nothing to tenants who smoke in their apartments.
