River Oaks Villas is a place we call home. We moved to Ohio about a year ago from Wisconsin. Waterville Colony worked with us to secure a villa in a timeframe that coordinated with our move. On a dead end road there is little traffic and the neighborhood is quiet. Our patio looks out to a wood line that keeps us private. We love the interior layout which we find comfortable, quiet, roomy and well light with natural light. The outdoors is well kept with the mowing and snow removal maintenance. ... Property management is friendly, responsive and fair. Routine maintenance items have been completed very timely with no issues. We have enjoyed our one year here and looking forward to another.

Great Place to Live
River Oaks is a quiet, tucked away community where you can live separated from the hustle and bustle of the larger Perrysburg area. Close to highways, parks and all the amenities that you need. No one comes back here unless they have a reason. If you are looking for a clean, quiet, friendly place to call home, come on over!

Great place to live
These villas are spacious and have plenty of natural light. The open kitchen has plenty of cabinet space, and the pantry is a big plus. The laundry room has a utility sink which is very helpful, you don't find this in many rentals. The Den area is a perfect office or TV room with a beautiful backyard view. The 2 car garage provides a lot of storage space. The only improvement we'd suggest is to have larger vanities with more storage and counter space in the bathrooms. Management/maintenance... personnel are easy to contact and they are responsive.
