For a place that looks really nice and affordable, theres no clarification or text or anything that signifies that the place is "55 or older only". Maybe they need to put that soemwhere where people looking for a place to rent out that aren't my age (24) or in my age range end up trying to rent. Customer service was OK, but she sounded like she was annoyed that a younger customer even called. I highly and strongly hope they change the issues soon

do not send your senior parents here its all around poorly managed bad communication and the main property management office is just as bad as in site. my poor parents went through hell working with this company . i think theyre lazy. save the headache and encourage your seniors to look elsewhere
