I have no worries about the neighborhood because the police department is right next door and they are very helpful.

The apartments are all on ground floor. Have a garage.
Nice landscaping, all yard work taken care of. You can have flowers if you want. Kitchen has lots of cupboards and drawers. Large bathroom. The tenants here are all great, as is management. Wouldn't live anywhere else.
