There are open ditches that management / ownership has refused to fill resulting falls of mobility-challenged tenants. The tenants have systemically been denied the community room and exercise room. (they are currently unfit for use and are being used to store construction materials) Any and all repairs that have been attempted have been made by unquailed and unlicensed repair people.
