Increase in rent Having lived here 10 years with average rent increase of $30-$40 needless to say i was sshocked when my rent increas was $150. After section 8 im still up almost $100 and my SS never increases that much. Even though this is a significant blow to my budget, i consider this home and plan to stay here as long as i can. One last thing, i did not have the advantage of receiving this notice of increase 60 days in advance of my lease renewal. Thank you for reaching out for my... opinion A walk in shower in the senior apartments would be a great asset to this community. The tubs are very dangerous due to being on 2 separate heights.

A nice, quiet place to live My only complaint is the lawn and garden care. Gardens are not weeded and are really looking worse year by year. Lawn guy drives industrial size mower all over the complex leaving deep ruts in many places. They do a good job on bushes and did trim the trees this year. Greg and Ryan are on top of maintenance . They answer reqests quickly and efficiently
