New ownership since last year has made alot of changes. Its really nice now. I love my apartment. Manager is great. She has kicked out a bunch of troublemakers. I am going to live here for a long time.

i lived here for some months and i loved it, unfortunately i lost my job and had to leave of embarrassment. i couldn't even look Dewayne in the eyes. He helped me get that apt and i was so grateful. i love the new management and i would totally recommend.

Great place to live. The apartments have been renovated and upgrated. The new management did not tolerate any criminals or bad tenants in the complex. Since August 31, 2017, the new owner and property management have resolved many issues. Customer service is exceptional.
