Encouraging activities such as bingo, games, chair activities along with monthly group meals.
Location is close to library and the Stillwater Community Center as well as Block 34, and not far from the new YMCA location.

Stillwater Melrose is a beautiful property with the perfect location. The manager takes amazing care of the residents and is always willing to listen to any issues I am having. The management does a great job at taking care of their residents while also taking care of the property. If you’re over 62 and looking for a lovely place to live, you’ve found it!

My mother lived in this community, and we had a very positive experience. The apartments are clean, spacious, and comfortable, and she loved having a small area out front where she could plant flowers and make it feel like home.
The community always felt safe, quiet, and well cared for, which gave me great peace of mind. The management was kind, responsive, and understanding. They handled concerns promptly and respectfully.
Overall it was a great place for Mom to live and I recommend it... to other seniors looking for a safe, well-maintained community.

This is an awesome community. Great people for neighbors and great management. We have monthly dinners to bring neighbors together and a community room to just hang out and meet others. The apartments are nice and pet friendly and there is even a small area to have flowers or a few vegetables right outside your door. Highly recommend!

Two bedroom. I have lived here for thirteen years. I have a wonderful garden space. Peonues, tomatoes, cucumbers, and squash. My neighbors are just great. Its real quiet here. We have dinners once month. Sidewalk around the place.
