Limited janitorial service the last year. Community room closed, management won’t reply/ consider reopening with restrictions.

Management does not care
Have sporadic janitor service. Fruit fly problem last fall. Management in Portland doesn’t reply to concerns. On site manager won’t buy a recycle can for lobby , mailboxes are in lobby. No communication about community room reopening someday.
