The manager here is a good manager. All of the people here that complain are the ones who don't want to adhere to the building rules, which apply to all of us. She is asking people to not be hoarders and to pick up their pets poop. There were 2 people who had bed bugs and that was because they had dirty apartments and were hoarders. The situation was handled very quickly by management. The manager is working with the hoarders to help them clean their apartments and getting outside help for them... . The complainers are the same ones who complained about the last manager. They will never be satisfied with any manager who is here.
