This building used to be a respectable place for retired people to live. Now they let anyone live in here. People in their 30s on up. People who are apparently physically able to work for a living, but choose not to. They could stay outside all day and work on their cars. There have been a number of tenants involved in dealing drugs as well as buying drugs right in front of the building.
