They're new. So, they are nice. The management office is very professional and friendly. However, these buildings are not well insulated against noise. You will hear EVERYTHING that goes on. So, if you don't always want to hear what your neighbors are doing, this might not be the apartment for you. Also, the paint on the walls is very cheap and gets marked up quite easily and does not clean well. Smudges get left behind. Lower Paxton also charges $50 a MONTH just for sewer. It's a rip-off.
