The staff in the leasing office is awesome. They are responsive and friendly. They help solve any problems. People are friendly. Apartments are nice. The building is safe. It's a great value for the price. I've lived here almost 2 years. Ignore the other 2 reviews. Those people don't seem to even live here.

They have a wait list of 70 people but continue to take applications and more importantly the application fee!

I went to the mobile website to learn more and filled out my information, but didn't realize that the application had been submitted because I was never prompted to pay. I just wanted to have the application on hand and to know what the requirements were. 4 weeks later I get an email saying I owe them money for filling out an application. Be careful when using the mobile site. I had to pay for applying by accident when I never even saw the property. I contacted them about the problem, but they... didn't care. They said I didn't have to see the property to apply and should have just used a computer. Partly my fault for filling out the information and not reading the fine print, but they were very frustrating to deal with and didn't address the problem with the mobile site or consider refunding the money.
