Roach infested, Mice; Maintenance never comes; been waiting over 16 months for a repair; the Ambulance is there ever night for one tenant; they paint over chipped paint; the bathroom light bulbs are hanging from the fixture. The carpet is old and they said; it's brand new; Over is from the 1960's as well as the cabinets; the Air Conditioner never worked; still doesn't work; and they control the heat so it's always cold; The Dryer cost $5.00 to dry and the clothes still don't dry; they must have... turned the dryers down; and there is never ever a parking space, and if you are late on rent they automatically take you to majistrate on the 5th day and the rent's are too high for what you get. What a great place to transition from apartment to house...I lived at Lafayette Plaza for a bout 3 years. Maintenance staff was wonderful, always polite and very timely. The ladies in the office were great as well, very polite and professional.
