I moved into Grand View Apartments and Ms.Ally made it easy and pleasant. She has helped me feel comfortable and has an open door mentality with her residences. She arranges outings and game nights. It is a very nice welcome compared to other apartments. I would recommend this apartment if you are 55+ years old and need a place to live and see for yourself just how pleasant it can be!!

Management is incredibly helpful, efficient, and respectful. Apartments are very nice, with every amenity available with ease. 100% recommend!!!

Be prepared to be disappointed! Hallway carpets are dirty. No general maintenance done in order to keep the building looking nice. Various apartments have appliance issues, leaks and non-working ac/heating units. They will make you promises to fix all the issues your apartment has only to stop when you sign a lease. When you AC goes out, they will patch it only after many weeks go by only for it to still not cool or heat properly. There was one lady who didn't have a refrigerator for months.... Skip this place and lease with a company that actually will properly maintain their facilities.

Alle was most helpful and the professional in guiding me through the lease signup process. Also my new apartment was in excellent condition for move in . I recommend Grandview apartments to all seeking good value for rent.
