I love all the friendly people and feeling of community

Maintenance is horrible and there are many people waiting on big items. With a lack of staff right now, work orders are not being done because the temporary maintenancer men have to enter an apartment with a staff person.

I am incredibly frustrated with the recent decision to completely replace the wonderful onsite team at this property. The previous staff members were the main reason this community felt like home. They were professional, genuinely caring, quick to respond to maintenance requests, and always went above and beyond for the residents. Since they were let go, the drop in service and communication has been stark. The property is losing its welcoming atmosphere, and it is clear that management no... longer values community or quality service. Getting rid of an exceptional team was a massive mistake, and I can no longer recommend living here. Now our lifestyle coordinator Audrey is leaving. Nice two bedroom, corner apartment with lovely view. Great location.

The community is situated on a nice piece of property bordered by a tidal canal, a heavily wooded adjacent property and the West Ashley Greenway. It is within walking distance of necessities and restaurants and just across the river from Charleston’s medical complex.
