Apartment is beautiful and in only 3 days I have met some welcoming and wonderful residents. Staff works very hard to make sure that resident experience is first rate. This was a long distance relocation for me so I worried about the adjustment but already feel much better.

Not as Active and being Single, no family or close friends, it's very sad being so alone! Pray for more people to walk and talk with...maybe, we can go on a local cruise around Charleston sometime near The Battery! Another younger lady who moved here recently, agreed, we need more Active Activities. She and I walked down at The Battery for over an hour!

I have been here since the beginning and there have been a lot of changes (some good and many bad). It is disappointing that gates, locks, etc. repaired, replaced, that keep getting told to us will be fixed still are not --with very little information forwarded. It is not good to have unlocked doors in a facility such as this and I have seen theft occur in the past.

have lived here for almost five years. It’s a quiet community with excellent staff and amenities. The location could not be better with easy access to grocery stores and restaurants. The beautiful path along the marsh creek and the deck for sitting outside and enjoying Nature are outstanding benefits to living here. It’s a hidden gem with a near-perfect location near Charleston and everything else one could need.

People living around very sweet and personable. Pool great and grounds kept up!! Staff has changed several times and due to cost I may have to move in with my daughter when lease is up.
