Apartments full of mold and the buildings are not structurally sound (windows leak, cracks in the walls and foundation). State of the art amenities…WHERE???? Crime everywhere in the complex. RUN AWAY!!!!

This place is old and full of mold. I went to view an apartment and immediately turned around. They have new appliances but the unit itself you can tell they just added new appliances, countertops and flooring. There is trash sitting outside of dumpsters they may need to consider bigger dumpsters to hold all of the unit's trash. The stairs are full of rust and looks as if it is deteriorating. They have all of the older appliance sitting in empty parking spaces looks trashy they may move them but... the day I visited that's how they were. They are trying to turn something old to something new by putting a band aid on what really needs to be done. The icing on the cake for me was the roach I saw crawling on the kitchen wall. They were so busy trying to sell the apartment that she didn't even notice it. I ended the tour very promptly and practically ran out of that place. Too much money for what they are trying to rent. Go somewhere else I seen much nicer for cheaper prices and better amenities. Read More
