bathroom faucet in sink is to big - can't put face over sink. Staff and maintenance crew are great. rent is outrageous.

I’m responding by sharing my concerns, stating it's just the way it is, and noting that I may relocate at the end of the lease period. I am content except for the... distraction of the location. I am not demanding a resolution. The future decision is mine to make. I need to be somewhere I can spend my final years (in the far distant future). I am debating whether I should set the notion that these features exist

My overall response to the Collins management team is that - Unit 205A is GOOD. I found the unit to be in like-new condition upon moving in. There is one thing that troubles me: this Unit 205A is located at the top of the turnaround around the U. Visitors to other units will park curbside right outside my windows, especially outside my bedroom window late at night, or pull up their car pointed toward my living room window. Despite the blinds.
Since I am a very senior citizen and disabled veteran, hearing an engine running or perhaps music playing just outside my window is just a little too much. OK, most of the time. Also, passing cars coming around the U are just outside the window. The sound of music and the sound of vehicles passing at all hours are a distraction from rest and comfort.
My response is that the unit is good and I am quite settled here. Before the next leasing period, I will have to decide whether the built-in disturbance conflicts with my expectations for peaceful living. I understand that these are built-in conditions that I don’t expect to be remedied. Read More
