Mold mold and mold they don’t care to do anything about it they will just come and clean it and they don’t have a fitness center

Excellent The Alexander team care about the tenants. They are always available if we need them and stay in communication with the tenants. Their service technicians are fast and efficient and very polite. Office staff and technicians offer excellent service. Place is nice and clean.

Been here 2 and a half months, thoroughly not enjoying it. There were 3 roaches on the wall when we went into our new apartment we had just signed a 12 month lease on. Pest control does not work despite having to pay monthly for it. Our door did not have a weather strip for over a month when we told them about it and made a repair order within a week of arrival. The most expensive GROSSEST apartment in rock hill. Do not move in here whatever you do.

Do not fix repairs. Repairs that should not need to be done on newly renovated property. Leaks, cockroaches , holes and cracks in ceiking. Too many issues to report. High volume of police activity all the time. Check Google reviews.
