Cockroaches walking all over your counters & furniture and floors makes me nauseous!

I love my apartment but don't care for the lack of the involvement of the staff to provide an enjoyable experience for the residents who need an active, social life to keep healthy.

The residences are wonderful & we love the camaraderie. I would present Avenida in a good light to recruit but not in a long term (4 yrs & up)
relationship due to the super high rent vs what Avenida has to offer.
