Armando always does an excellent job attending to our maintence issues, especially HVAC. He is quick and friendly. This complex has a great maintenance team that comes the same day & keeps the property looking clean.

Just moved in April, and its been a great process so far. Madisson and Kimee have been fantastic through the application process. They're always prompt and following up, and overall have great communication. They handled some special circumstances I had with grace and were able to assist me a great deal.
The community has been really nice. The day I toured they had a huge Easter event going on that looked great. The shared green spaces are so nice.
Some of the units have been recently renovated... and may still have a hiccup or two, but the maintenance team has been very responsive and quick to fix things.

I have truly enjoyed living here. The staff is amazing, always responsive and helpful. This is a well-maintained community, and the team consistently goes above and beyond to ensure a peaceful living environment for residents.

The maintenance team is also exceptional. Armando handled my maintenance request efficiently and in a timely manner, keeping me informed throughout the entire process. I would absolutely recommend living here!

I've only been living here for a short time maybe 3 months. And I must say if I have any type of problem,concerning my apartment. The maintenance comes through correctly,perfectly, on time and does a great job. So shout out to the maintenance here, and I love how they come and clean up around here, get all the garbage up in the morning I love it.
