Terrible new management
This complex was Recently purchased by Brooke side management company and they are completely unethical and greedy. They are raising the rent almost $900 and the only way they were going to notify us is when we went to go and sign a new lease at no point did they let us know or were they going to give us any time to move and find a new place. Then they decided to do full renovations when we are in unit even though we’ve given them notice to vacate and you leave in less than 30 days. The notice... for this was given on a Saturday when the office is closed and they said it would start on Monday. I lived here for four years before this and I loved this complex and now it’s a hell hole run by terrible people.
