This place was sold a little over a year ago, it was a great place to live before that also, however, since Melissa (the Property Manager) and Erice (the Maintenace Guy) have taken over they have really done a great job keeping everything repaired and looking great. Both of them are very helpful and friendly, and they responded to us very fast, and get the repairs done correct the first time! Plus, Melissa is always working on more activities for us Residents to get involved in It's just hard to... get some of us Old Folks to come out of the woodwork and participate in lot the activities, but thank you for keeping us on your active list no matter what we come out for! Again Thank you to both of you

Welcoming Community
I moved in to Springwood a month ago and I knew right away that I made the right choice. The staff and community members are friendly and welcoming. My cottage is new with modern appliances and energy efficient. What a great place to live!

Springwood is an amazing place to live. I moved in as soon as they opened in Feb. 2020 and it was the best decision ever. Fantastic staff that really takes good care of us. Come be my neighbor.
