I’ve lived at the Overture Alboretum for 4 years and I’m happy here. The management, maintenance and the residents are happy. It’s a happy place to live. Lots happening if you want to attend and very easy to make friends.

We have thoroughly enjoyed the resident community. People are inclusive and helpful. The staff is wonderful and responsive. The one issue I have is safety - there are no defribulators or devices to use in case of needing help in the apartment. In a building for 60 it seems ridiculous that those items are not
available.

We also appreciate you sharing your concerns regarding safety equipment, specifically the availability of an AED (defibrillator). We understand how important it is for residents to feel safe and prepared in the event of an emergency.
After careful review and guidance, we are not authorized to have an AED onsite at the community. Having an AED available would require team members to be trained and certified to use the device. If a team member were not comfortable using it during an emergency, or if an untrained individual attempted to use it and someone was injured, it could create significant liability for both the individual and the community.
We certainly understand that this may be disappointing, and we appreciate you bringing your concern to our attention. If you have any additional questions or concerns regarding this, please feel free to reach out to me directly so I can address them personally.
