They don’t make sure they bring any exterminators for roaches or other kind of pests. I have seen roaches non stop every night when going into the kitchen or even a clean room. My kitchen is always cleans and the dishes stay washed, and my room stays clean and refreshed with no scent of food or sight. They don’t come check up on you at all to make sure the living area is alright. They had a whole termite infestation and they haven’t even tried to attempt to solve that problem. This is not a place to move to , the office staff is here will treat you so nice in the beginning only to bate you in , not much longer once your here to stay their whole attitude will change towards you , by mean mugging you and acting out to you so rudely , and you will be lucky if you move into a clean apartment plus with broken parts are parts missing it’s best to report in writing everything that’s wrong , and so far as the neighbors this is a “:warning “: It’s best you stay completely to... yourself , speak and keep it moving , and the maintenance is so lazy , the older black man is very and extremely lazy , whenever you need anything fixed , he will get to it whenever he feels like it , and when he finally does he allways does a rigging up halfway job , and don’t leave the maintenance lady out of it she’s just as lazy and triffiling as he is , they are really getting paid for free , it’s a bad choice to Ever , Ever , Ever , move here to Gardens At Sienna Apartments , but don’t take my word for it , just move here and give it a month are may be two , you will most definitely see , and you will regret the day you ever stepped foot on these primices , running ????? ??????????
