This community is very dangerous to live in. They will not show you that on the tour though. The homeless and drug addict run rampant here. Maintenance will not fix any problems you have. Broken ceilings, leaks, broken laundry machines, you name it, they it’s here. Save yourself and your money. Roaches are everywhere! Trash everywhere. Upper management refuses to do anything about it. Stay away!!!

I have not seen any cockroaches and I have been here almost a year. The manager has been very helpful to me and the maintenance team are there every day will stop and talk with you and if you do have a problem they are right there. My neighbors are wonderful we help each other out if we need anything. I guess you have to be a good neighbor to get good neighbors.

I moved out when I was 18 barely knowing anything about life or its responsibilities. I came to villa Ciento thinking it was going to be easy. I will admit. Some months were hard. But the staff that works here explains everything in vivid detail and if I ever had anything wrong the staff would fix it right away. Whether it's weather damage or a mishap with my toilet, they keep it secured and fast. The neighbors are all very friendly and I feel safer in this apartment complex then my old home....
