This is by far the worst place I have ever lived. The only upside is that the rent is cheap, but the random fees and having to constantly retrieve your car from the impound lot will burn a hole in your pocket real fast.

There is basically no communication with residents. The complex is filthy. There's a roach problem that will follow you no matter where you go after you move out. The pool is never open, sometimes never even FILLED. I lived here for two years and the fitness room was never open... .

The policies and resident portals constantly change and you'll receive no help from the complex. What you'll get are eviction notices and/or a towed car.

Nothing gets fixed in a timely manner. Moved in to find an inoperable lock on my front door and it was nearly a month before someone finally came to fix it.

No matter how on top of things you are, something will always go wrong. The walls are so thin you can hear your neighbors conversations.

This place is a perfect example of taking advantage of those with lower incomes. They wring every dime from you, offer no help or advice or communication, and don't even provide a satisfactory living environment. It's horrible. I would rather live out of my car than live here again.

Roaches! Roaches! Roaches! Maintenance is horrible! Nothing is ever fixed! No lights at night makes it scary to even walk to your car! People squatting(living) in empty apartments. Trash every where all of the time! One maintenance man who drinks on the job! A different manager every year, just pathetic. Do not rent here!
