Beautiful Property

Greenway Village at the link is a beautifully constructed property with floor plans that give you the feel of owning your own home. Staff has been very helpful and location is great. Couldn't be happier!

We recently moved into Greenway Village at The Link, and our experience has been wonderful so far. From the beginning, the leasing process was smooth, and the team was responsive, professional, and helpful. After relocating from Florida to Texas with our two young children, arriving at such a beautiful, clean, and welcoming community was exactly what we hoped for. The neighborhood is peaceful, well maintained, and has a modern feel that immediately makes you feel at home. We were impressed by... the quality of the homes, the landscaping, and the attention to detail throughout the community. The location is another huge advantage, with easy access to shopping, restaurants, and everything a family needs. We are excited to begin this new chapter here and truly appreciate the warm welcome. We highly recommend Greenway Village at The Link to anyone looking for a beautiful place to call home.

Moved into my new place, it was dirty and has multiple serious issues. AC isn’t working properly. Kitchen sink doesn’t have cold water. Water damage on two walls. Large hole and uneven surface in backyard- hazardous! Rust stains in the shower. Broken exterior drain spouts. Overall unclean with dead bugs in the closet. No one could have signed off on this unit as ready and up to any standards.
