This place is the worst place I have ever lived, next to Origin! It is a complete nightmare living in these places! If somebody doesn't like you, all they have to do is call the office and they apparently believe everything they say and send out violation notices like they are nothing!

I would be very careful before you move into this place, because you may be moving out within 3months!

Gables puts profit first, showing worrying business ways. They seem to care less about resident safety, even with break-ins and shootings happening. It's odd for a "luxury" place to not care more. Often, good reviews come from new people, not from those who've stayed long and seen Gables' greed. Luckily, our lease is almost up.

Lucia apartments is one of the best properties that I came across while looking for a new home. Their apartment homes are very nice, and they have plenty of amenity spaces to utilize. The office staff has been great throughout my whole process of leasing and moving in. I am very excited to call Lucia home!

I am so grateful to have found my home in this apartment complex. The staff is always friendly and helpful, the amenities are top-notch, and the location is unbeatable. I feel safe and comfortable here, and I couldn’t imagine living anywhere else. Thank you for providing such a wonderful place to call home!

Excellent experience with quick response from maintenance team. I also love how quiet the community is with close proximity to so many dining and shopping options.
