Horrible!!

Do not move here. They will not fix issues in apartments. Electrical problems and water damage and fluding and black mold.

Aspen Park Apartment

I love the apartment very spacious but, the neighbors and neighborhood is very poor. No security gates. Pool always dirty. Parking is poor. Alot of hanging out and visitors at all times of night!!! I do not feel comfortable, and my kids do not like going outside because they do drugs at the playground where the kids play.

You get what u pay for

So I have lived here for 8 months and of course it's income base so your residence isn't that great... kids out all night... disrespectful... Bats flying around at night... stay 2 yourself and u will be ok... kids kicked ball and broke window... I live near front office... it's ok for the time being
