I have consistently experienced the best residential support services at the Manor at Jersey Village. The staff is friendly and helpful… Anytime I have submitted a maintenance request I have received a prompt response. They have community events like bingo, movies, breakfast, and dinner get-togethers where you can mingle and make friends. I have been on so many waiting lists getting the run around from lots of managers then found this place. Its great. Its a safe environment for those over 55 without feeling like my kids dumped me off at a rest home. Neighbors have become family. Maintenance is decent they could be better but stuff gets done.

I have live here since 2019 and plan to be here many more years. Everything is kept clean and we have activities to choose each month In the news calendar. Office staff is friendly and professional. I have made new friends and love my apartment.

This notice was recently posted on every door and billboard in late November 2017:

Packages must be picked up on a DAILY BASIS.
If you do not pick up your packages within 24hrs we will return the package.
We DO NOT DELIVER PACKAGES. Please refrain from calling, as we stay busy with daily work.
WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR PACKAGES!!!

We understand the office is understaffed and is very busy. However, is it really ok for the office to return someone else's package? And what if the postman... forgets to leave a note in our small mailbox. How is a renter supposed to know there is a package waiting in the office? The postman drops the packages off at the main office just inside the door where anyone can pick the package. The front gate is unlocked every day and stands wide open to the street and sometimes at night too and weekends.
We have a standard 5" square small box. There are no large boxes to put a package into. My friends apartment complex has large boxes with keys that the postman puts into the small mailbox so the renter can retrieve the package. If the Manor is not responsible for packages, then who is? Once again the management seems to enjoy making our life as senior citizens more difficult instead of helping when they can. Read More
