Our New Manager Ms. Rita is a very concern manager about the tenants. I have lived here for a very long time. she is a new manager so don' mistake her for other managers. I was dealing with a very difficult problem with my apartment she has been working to get it resolved and has done a great job so that I can live undisturbed. I live here in Building 2 on this property. 7/21/2025.

I’ve been living here at the Catania for 9
1/2 months and it has been a great experience. The staff is nice neighbors are friendly the grounds are kept nice.
It is peaceful I love my apartment unit very spacious even my small dog loves it.

The Catania is an nice place to live and maintenance issues are handled very quickly I have not had any issues. The ladies in the office are very nice.

The apartments are kept up and when you put in a request for maintenance it is taken care of right away. The apartments are spacious enough for me as a one-person household.
