Horrible management, horrible maintenance. They are letting this complex go to the dogs. Dirty hallways, pets poop and pee anywhere they like. Are always making up new fees for maintenance that should be covered in the lease. They may seem nice when you come by to lease, but believe me, their attitude will change once you move in. No activities at all. Some of the residents that like to hang out in the community room have had fights where some people were arrested. Evicting tenants without just... cause. This is a poor excuse of an independent senior community!
It is mismanaged. Has major problems, Mold, Roaches, unuseable amenities.
Management is not resident friendly. Always cancelling activities at the last minute. Unable to use the BBQ facilities due to not refilling tanks.
Pool is not maintained professionally.
This all makes for a very frustrating living environment for seniors just wanting to spend their golden years happy, amongst friends, free of stress, enjoying amenities that... are included in our lease. Read More

I have lived in this apartment for over a year!! Wow It's Great I never thought living in Apt. would be so great. After living in a house for years I thought I would miss having Yard etc.! I actually have got a new life by getting this apt.. I feel freedom, free from worry from yard work, keeping A/C Maintienced ,& all the upkeep that comes when have home.
